The Business Network Case Study

Problem:
The Business Network franchise at Chester saw the experience that Sollertia had in dealing with other franchise holders. Although there was no specific problem with the former accountant, they were unable to provide the support that Sollertia offered to the franchise, and to all the business lines within the limited company.

Goal:
Implement the Sollertia package to aid the franchise model.

Solution:
Sollertia’s involvement in the auditing process ensured:
• Monthly Bookkeeping
• Monthly Sales Ledger Administration & Invoice Management
• Monthly Management Accounts
• Quarterly VAT Return
• Year End Accounts

Outcome:
As a result of using Sollertia, The Business Network were able to:
• Access accounting information easily via the web based software.
• Act immediately upon information that showed weakness.
• Receive strategic and financial input.
• Concentrate on running their franchise whilst Sollertia dealt with their accounts.

Comments:
"After meeting Andrew at a Business Network event, we discussed his knowledge in dealing with the franchise model. I knew that it was ideal for us after he described what Sollertia could offer.
What is noticeably different about Sollertia, is how pro-active they are towards giving input and advising us. I would definitely recommend them to other franchise owners. "
